You Always Know
What Happens Next.
One crew, a clear schedule, and no surprise change orders. Here is exactly how a project runs from the first call to the day you park on it.
From Talk to Finish
Consultation
We learn about your space, project goals, and priorities.
Design
You select the project type, finish, color, and details.
Prepare
The site and forms are prepared for the concrete project.
Pour & Finish
Our team completes the pour, finishing work, and final inspection.
Consultation & Measure
We walk the property, measure the area, check drainage and access for the truck, and talk through how you actually use the space. You get a written price with the scope spelled out — thickness, reinforcement, finish, and joint plan.
Design & Selections
You choose the finish, color, and edge detail, on screen or with samples in hand. We flag anything that won't wear well in your specific spot before it becomes a decision you regret.
Demo & Site Preparation
Old concrete comes out and is hauled off. Grade is cut, base placed and compacted, forms set to line and slope, reinforcement tied and chaired. Nothing gets poured until the base is right.
Pour, Finish & Cure
Placement, screed, float, edge, texture, and joint cutting on schedule. We protect the cure, clean the site, and walk you through when you can walk on it, drive on it, and when to seal.
Living with new concrete.
- Foot traffic
- Usually after 24–48 hours, depending on temperature.
- Vehicle traffic
- Typically 7 days for cars; longer for heavy loads or RVs.
- Hairline cracking
- Small surface checks are normal in concrete; control joints are there to direct movement.
- De-icing salts
- Avoid them the first winter — they are the fastest way to scale a new surface.
- Sealing
- We'll recommend the right timing and product for your finish and exposure.
